What does this service include?

  • Rent Collection: We will assist in monitoring and assisting in rent collection. 
  • Ongoing Communication: Frequent reminders of crucial dates and open communication with the rental provider should you need to fill a maintenance request or query.
  • Access to Live Data: Stay up to date with who is in your house and know what maintenance has been completed on your property with complete access to our online portal. 
  • Rental Documentation: Preparation on behalf of the client of all accounting and property-related expenses.

Letting and Marketing

In addition to our regular updates with your properties, we are also able to help you acquire renters with our letting and marketing services. 

Letting Fee $600 plus GST

When letting your property through PropertyOwners you can be assured that all prospective renters are thoroughly vetted, all documentation is prepared correctly for both parties and you are kept in the loop about the status of your investment property. 

Marketing Fee $300 plus GST

We will take care of marketing your investment property and you can be confident that we will spare no expense in finding you the right renter.
